Under the authority of the President, the QSE manager is responsible for the implementation of the quality management system, which aims at customer satisfaction and performance. Its expertise makes it possible to guarantee the renewal of the ISO standard and all the certifications necessary for the company. He/she ensures that the company’s procedures comply with customer requirements, internal constraints and legal or normative obligations.
| QUALIFICATION: |
Bac +5 level training (Master’s, Master’s, Certified Title level I) QSE Master’s degree with a specialization in the fields of quality management, HSE, risk management, etc. Engineering School Diploma Business school diploma with additional training in HSE, quality management, risk management. |
| EXPERIENCE: | 10 to 15 years minimum in risk management and prevention in an international context. |
| REQUIRED LANGUAGES | Fluent in English, mastery of another language is highly appreciated. (Spanish…) |

RESPONSIBILITIES
Implementation of the “QSE” policy
- Control “QSE” risks to maintain the safety of personnel and the professional and natural environment.
- Contribute to the certifications of foreign subsidiaries.
- Assess employees’ occupational risks (work and commuting accidents, occupational diseases, psychosocial risks, incidents) and environmental threats (pollution, nuisances) for the company’s customers, partners and visitors.
Animation of the Quality approach
- Organize, carry out and supervise internal quality audits (diagnosis, compliance control): appoint and train auditors, define and plan interventions.
- Carry out quality audits at suppliers’ premises, welcome quality auditors to customers.
- Prepare and assist managers in obtaining ISO and other certifications necessary for the company.
- Facilitate information meetings, working groups (continuous improvement, problem solving) with the project team and/or management.
Animation of the “Safety and Hygiene (SH)” projects
- Deploy the action plans defined in the DUERP, propose solutions and manage effective and financially acceptable preventive and curative actions.
- Improve Safety and Hygiene standards: safety protocols, work clothes, protective equipment.
Animation of the “Environmental Safety (SE)” projects
- Achieve SE objectives: control and reduction of environmental impact and hazard risks, compliance with regulations.
- Implement the planned programs, propose preventive solutions: eco-gestures, energy savings, treatment (reduction, sorting, recovery) of waste.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Good knowledge of regulations (France, Europe, international)
- Mastery of general HSE standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001)
- Mastery of risk analysis techniques.
- Good knowledge of cross-functional project management techniques.
- Proficient in office automation software and SAP Business One software.
