We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager (M/F) to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and strengthening relationships with our existing clients.
QUALIFICATION: |
BAC+5 (Master’s degree, engineering degree) in mechanical and/or electrical engineering. |
EXPERIMENT: |
5 years in a similar industry. A dual commercial and technical training appreciated. Knowledge of power generation, transmission and distribution services. |
REQUIRED LANGUAGES | Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, is mandatory. Fluency in a second language would be an asset. |

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop a marketing plan for responsible countries and identify sales opportunities.
- Conclude business and negotiate contract terms.
- Prepare calls for tenders.
- Participate and propose marketing actions.
- Develop the network of commercial agents, provide their training and ensure follow-up.
- Monitor market developments (environmental, technological, legal, competitive, etc.) that may impact business development.
- Organize conferences and participate in trade shows.
- Organize customer visits and product presentations.
- Create and monitor forward-looking actions.
- Prepare business proposals for clients and representative companies.
- Submit forecasts and indicators on a weekly basis.
